Data Sovereignty & IP
All materials including, but not limited to, proprietary data visualizations, unique market insights, specialized datasets, and original analysis are the exclusive intellectual property of Archipelago Insight.

Limitation of Liability
ARCHIPELAGO INSIGHT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INSIGHTS PROVIDED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE FIRM BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA ACCESSED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION.
03 Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our intelligence services that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
Electronic Communications
Agreement to these terms constitutes consent to receive legal notices and service updates electronically to the email address provided during registration.
Severability
If any provision is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
